Direct Billing
We are able to Directly Bill some of the Insurance Providers. Please call/email/txt ahead of time if you wish to have Direct Billing
Kitchener
We book only through appointments. No walk-ins. Upon arrival please pull up right next to the side door. If arriving early please park close to either side of the driveway so the current patients are able to leave. Same day booking/inquiry please call 1(519)778.6584.
Pets - Our Therapist has an adorable Therapy Dog "Haru" who can be apart of your treatment if you like. She is Hypoallergenic and very cuddly.
Covid-19 -With the mask mandate lifted you do not have to wear a mask but if you like you may. The Therapist may also wear a mask upon request.
Health History/Assessments - As a part of the standards of practice from the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) the RMT is required to take a Health History intake and Assessments prior to the massage.
Cancellation Policy
Pure Movement has a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you are unable to provide notice via phone or email 24 hours before the appointment you will be charged half of the appointment rate without tax. We often have a waiting list so with the 24 hour notice we can reschedule your appointment or book another person who is in need of a treatment. If you have an emergency and need to cancel please call us. That way we can treat your situation with personal attention. We do not consider work conflicts to be emergencies. Thank you for your understanding.

Pure Movement is a Mobile Massage Service. We will come to your residence for the appointments.
We book only through appointments.
We TRAVEL to Kitchener/Waterloo/Cambridge/Stratford/Guelph/Toronto areas.
Pets - Our Therapist is very allergic to cats and dogs so please mention if you have any kind of pet.
